Every homeowner is special. As your builder, our role is to “project manage” everything from your choices of colors and finish-out through receiving a Certificate of Occupancy. We’ll walk your property with you, pull building permits, arrange for inspections and secure final authorization to move in. There are 3 basic steps to help you get started:

First: Select Your Floor plan.

Visit our sales center and tour all the models. Our million-dollar-plus inventory has a wide variety of counter tops, tiles, floor coverings, appliances, bathrooms and paint colors to give you a life-sized palette of options. Don’t see what you want? We have hundreds of floor plans to choose from. You can select styles in ranch, or cape models from 1000sf to 4000sf. Tell us what features you want and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

Second: Find The Land.

Where are you going to build your new home? Do you own land? Do you need help finding the right piece of property? Your REALTOR® is the right person to help you locate the perfect home site. We will walk the property with you to determine its suitability for construction.

Third: Arrange Financing.

As soon as possible, talk to a lender. Unless you’re paying cash for your home, you need to find out what a loan will cost you and how much you will spend on monthly payments. We have several outstanding lenders who will work with you. It costs you nothing to check your credit.
